The first job is to understand exactly what you have been charged with and what the Commonwealth or the State actually has to prove. From there the Firm reviews the evidence, tests how it was gathered, and tells you honestly where the case stands.
Some matters are resolved by getting charges reduced or withdrawn. Some are resolved through a diversion program that leaves no conviction. Some have to be tried. The Firm prepares every matter as though it will be tried, because that is what gives you leverage in the meantime.
