Real Estate Development

Drawing upon twelve years of experience as the founder and president of an affordable housing development consulting company, James Gaumond presents a distinctive fusion of legal, governmental, and entrepreneurial expertise. His holistic approach to real estate involves leveraging tax credits, tax-exempt bond financing, and various forms of debt and equity to facilitate mixed-use, mixed-income real estate development projects. With involvement in every development phase, from land acquisition to build-out, Jim is a licensed real estate agent adept at managing legal matters before, during, or after residential and commercial real estate transactions.

James Gaumond has spent over eight years collaborating with professional athletes, particularly within the NFL, supporting their vision for community and social impact work.
